We are delighted to celebrate this special day with you! Please find the schedule of events below:


Guest Arrival – 9:30 AM
The Ashley Castle will open its doors to guests at 9:30 AM. Please plan to arrive with ample time to find your seat and settle in before the ceremony begins.


Unplugged Ceremony – 10:00 AM
The wedding ceremony will commence promptly at 10:00 AM. To ensure an uninterrupted and intimate experience, we kindly ask all guests to silence and put away their phones during the ceremony. Our professional photographers will be capturing every moment, and we will be thrilled to share these photos with you afterward.
To avoid disruptions, guests must be seated by 9:55 AM. Late arrivals will be escorted inside but will be unable to take their seats until cocktail hour.


Cocktail Hour & Guest Photos – 10:45 AM
Following the ceremony, guests will have the opportunity to take photos with the newlyweds before proceeding to the terrace to enjoy a refreshing mimosa.


Tattoo Experience – 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM
For those interested, a professional tattoo artist will be available from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Guests may choose from the following tattoo designs:
Paper Airplane
Black Widow Spider
Blue Lego
Lily & Tulip Intertwined
Saguaro Cactus
Gemstone


Brunch Reception – 11:45 AM
A delicious brunch will be served, featuring the following menu:
Chicken Cordon Bleu
Quiche Lorraine
Dauphinoise Potatoes
Sliced Ham
Waffle Station with banana, strawberry, and blueberry toppings and syrups


Closing Festivities – 2:00 PM
The formal portion of the wedding will conclude at 2:00 PM, allowing guests time to rest and refresh before continuing the celebration later in the evening.


After-Party in Downtown Phoenix – Evening Until Late
The grooms invite all guests to join them for an informal gathering in Downtown Phoenix to continue the festivities into the night. More details to come!
